We would love to keep this event open to unlimited number of attendees, however, there are laws and policies in place in the studio building that keep us from doing so. We do not want to get involved with risk management nor do we want a bad experience for those that register! For this reason, we are forced to service ONLY those who register through the registration form. If you decide to share this event by word of mouth or any other means with your friends, family or colleagues, they must register before they can attend and receive service. Terms and conditions are as follows:
1. This event is a non-refundable event and service provided regardless of any cancellation date and timing
2. CLIENT/Attendee understands that this photoshoot is for 1 final delivered headshot at $65 final price (over 40% off). Breakdown of services is as follows:
3. CLIENT/Attendee understands that the remaining amount of $40 must be paid by cash or card after your session has been complete, before you vacate the studio.
4. Photographer will ONLY service CLIENT(s) that have successfully registered via the registration form AND made a deposit of $25
5. No groups or group photos allowed; only individual headshots
COPYRIGHT
6. The photographs produced by Photographer are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Photographer’s explicit written permission. Upon image distribution and/or after full payment is made, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT under the following conditions: The photographic images are the property of CLIENT for personal use and for the purpose of the reproduction and giving of photographs to friends, relatives and to promote their business via social media, business cards and printed material.
MODEL RELEASE
7. The CLIENT hereby grants Photographer and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases Photographer and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relation to said photographs.
PRIVACY POLICY
8. Your personal information will not be shared with other parties for any reason and is only kept confidential for Photographer’s record-keeping.
